How do I return & exchange a product?
You can return any item purchased on whims.store within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
How do i exchange an item?
Should you be interested in a different size, please contact us on contact@whims.store to check the product availability. If this item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. Please note that exchanges for a different style or color are not possible. And yes, we know you're a whimsical one, but products once ordered cannot be exchanged on a whim.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
