How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via our logistics partners ShipRocket, an aggregator of Fedex, BlueDart for Express Shipping, & Delhivery, DTDC for standard shipping.
You can also track your package by entering your tracking number directly at the shipping service's website.
How do I collect my order?
All orders that are shipped would require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
The regular processing time is up to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. You should have your order within 7 business days of placing the order.
The delivery time may differ depending on the country. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Please kindly note that during sales & festive periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Our delivery cost may differ depending on the currency in which you wish to pay. Please see the Shipping section to check delivery costs.
Above INR 15000, we offer free shipping. 200INR is the standard shipping fee across India.
For International Shipping, we offer free shipping above the equivalent of equivalent or a flat fee of INR 3000 below that.

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
